К примеру: когда человек испытывает страх, кровь в большей степени насыщает скелетные мышцы и из-за этого он может быстрее двигаться, тупо сбежать ему легче. А когда человек рассержен, то кровь прибывает в руки, пальцы непроизвольно сжимаются в кулаки. Чтобы драться. А когда человек счастлив, то в его мозг впрыскивается что-то вроде гормона, которые перекрывает на время все негативные воспоминания. А при тоске или скорби происходит обратный процесс. И так далее.
Интересно, можно ли делать вывод, что амнезии подвержены очень счастливые и очень несчастные люди?

Так что книга познавательная, особенно любопытна она может быть детским психологам. Но я в ней не обнаружил какого-то прикладного смысла. Т.е. ясно, что выводы делаются из каждой главы, каждой истории. Но эти выводы адекватный человек делает и на собственном опыте. А вот такого чтобы "когда случается такое рекомендую попробовать сделать то то и то то", такого нет.
